Product Description

This machine is suitable for slitting BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, aluminum foil and paper in printing.

Feature:

1. The complete machine is quipped with PLC (tetra vector motor), and with a touch screen and man-machine interface in operation

2. The reeling transmission belt is governed by vector motor, and PLC can automatically calculate the reel diameter, which can achieve the reeling tension control constantly.

3. The traction transmission adopts vector frequency motor, constantly controlling at a linear speed.

4. The rolling transmission is driven by vector frequency motor and PLC can be automatically calculated the reel diameter, each achieve the reeling tension control constantly.

5. The rolling and reeling are adopted shaft-free core (also called air-expansion shaft feeding), which is to feed through clipping closely by a thread rod, and the width adjustment is done electrically as well.

6. The system can calculate the meters, measure the roll diameter and protect the machine at shortage of materials, which can set the meters and slit by the set roll diameter.

7. Error correction system is in static with the movement routine ranging to 120mm.

8. It adopts the Taiwan pneumatic blades to slit.
